We are looking for self-motivated and highly driven experienced Smart Generalists in Procurement Department, who are able to integrate their technical knowledge with business acumen and have a timeline-oriented approach.

Job responsibilities:

- Team management of at least 2-3 people, and be responsible for the team's performance and development.

- Working closely with Founders, the incumbent shall be responsible for sharing Weekly/Monthly /Quarterly progress for the areas assigned and plan on quarterly level targets.

- Thorough understanding of End to End procurement cycle and must have dealt with mechanical, electrical, industrial products, and MRO items.

- Negotiate with suppliers in order to ensure best price & credit period with best quality and timely delivery.

- Plan, execute and monitor the sourcing operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth with good margins

- Handle requests for information, quotations, proposals, and bidding processes.

- Handle Pan India Sourcing as per client requirements

Who We Are Looking For :

- Top engineering college(IITs/IIITs/NITs/RECs/NSIT) graduates with excellent academic record

- 1-4 years of relevant experience in enterprise procurement function with the ability to lead techno-commercial discussions at the mid/senior level clientele.

- Desire to move to an eCommerce company

- Very high problem-solving capability and ability to work in a high growth chaotic environment independently.
