As Senior Manager - Finance, you will be expected to engage in financial analysis in areas such as forecasting, budgeting, engaging in cost reduction analysis, and reviewing operational performance.
Duties and responsibilities:
1) Monthly Management Report (MIS) including Cash Flow, Annual budget process and periodic analysis of financial performance.
2) Hands-on experience on preparing financial models, business projections and valuations.
3) Experience of working on fund raising projects.
4) Handled investor financial and legal due diligence.
5) Experience of Audit assistance with big 4.
6) Identification of areas for cost reductions and operational improvements.
7) Working on new projects covering various financial aspects.
8) Handle banking relationships and finding improvement opportunities.
9) Oversee the External /Internal Audit, review and analyze results.
10) Ensure the compliance/documentation requirement for all laws like Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST.
11) Oversee the continuous improvement of Accounting and Financial Processes on new updates.
12) Responsible for Collections/Accounts receivables.
13) Handle complete end to end P2P process, responsible for vendor compliance and drive credit with vendors.
14) Streamline inventory movement process PAN India, ensure lean inventory management, optimize inventory plans.
Ideal candidate profile:
1) Qualified Chartered Accountant
2) Big 4 experience is mandatory
3) GST and Tax knowledge
4) Team handling experience is mandatory
5) Problem solver with 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
6) Good accounting knowledge (IGAAP)
7) Experience of working on tally.
