- We are looking for a highly analytical, enthusiastic professional to spearhead our E-commerce Supply Chain process.
- This position will lead and direct all facets of supply chain management including, but not limited to, operations and planning, logistics, inventory/warehouse management for the Business.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage end to end supply chain
- Warehouse Management - tracking/monitoring inventory & its smooth flow & storage
- Ensuring all the SLAs & TAT are maintained.
- Finalization of manpower, fleet, training, resource planning, etc.
- LSP relations, negotiations, ensuring best price
- Efficiently manage a team of 60+ member
- Execute special projects to increase presence on Pan-India basis
- Successful private brands inventory management is a key performance criterion.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Top tier institute B.Tech/B.E with excellent academic record
- PG - MBA in Supply Chain Management / Operations Management (preferred)
- Ecommerce operations experience is a must
- Team handling experience is a must
- 5 - 7 yrs of experience in SCM processes.
