We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Job Responsibilities:

- Pitching and winning multi-crore contracts to CxO level audience at large enterprises across a combination of people cost, technology and procurement solutions.

- Quarter on quarter business growth and transformation to make Industrybuying's offerings/services more efficient and effective.

- Team Management: the desired candidate is expected to lead a team of at least 3-4 people, and be responsible for the team's performance and development.

- Ability to use data and analytics to generate projections.

- Generate profitable revenue growth by establishing new customers, penetrating new customer accounts and retaining those customers.

- Reporting to Founders, he/she will be responsible for sharing Weekly /Monthly /Quarterly progress for the areas assigned and plan on quarterly level targets.

- Effectively assess customer needs, present products and solutions, and close sales.

- Lead a team for the hard-core sales and marketing of industrial products.

- Coordinate with supply chain, customer service and commercial team for completing the sales cycle successfully.

- Visit to the industries, promote our product & persuade them

- Responsible to improve the business and maintain long term relationship with the existing customers.

- Communicate with the customers, generate leads and convert those leads to achieve sales targets.

- Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth with good margins.

Desired candidate profile:

- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in the field of business development and subsequent revenue generation

- High analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office products desired

- Charismatic personality with the ability to get potential clients on board using superior persuasion skills.

- Tier I - Tier II colleges' engineering graduates will be preferred.
