IndustryBuying.com - Regional Head - Enterprise Sales (4-6 yrs)
We are looking for a business enthusiast who is willing to own and flourish P&L for complete business at Regional Level who has a flair for new and evolving technologies and the vision to transform a traditional B2B procurement industry into a technology driven one.
Job Responsibilities :
- Team Management :
Desired candidate is expected to lead a team of at least 3-5 people, and be responsible for team's performance and development while being an individual contributor themselves.
- Generate profitable revenue growth through establishing new customers, penetrating new customer accounts and retaining those customers
- Reporting directly to the Founders, you will be responsible for sharing Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly progress at regions and plan on quarterly level targets - Ensuring 100% compliance on taxation, state tax forms, account receivables and payable.
- Establish, maintain and service accounts, covering full assigned territory to ensure high customer satisfaction, positive long-term relationships and repeat business
- Effectively assess customer needs, present products and solutions, and close sales
- Coordinate with supply chain, customer service and commercial team for completing the sales cycle successfully.
- Visit to the industries, promote our product & persuade them
- Responsible to improve the business and maintain long term relationship with the existing customers
- Communicate with customers, generate leads and convert those leads to achieve sales targets
- Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth with good margins
Desired Profile :
- Minimum 4+ years of successful sales experience required, can be a mix of B2B sales and manufacturing and OEM sales.
- Willingness and ability to prospect new business
- You have led a Team successfully earlier to achieve more than Targets.
- Proficiency with personal computers, Internet, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office products
- Prior ecommerce or B2B sales experience is a must.
- Tier I-II institute's engineering graduates will be preferred.
