Industrybuying.com - Operations Manager

Industrybuying.com is a leading ecommerce player in B2B space distributing industrial products all across India. It is growing at a phenomenal pace on a month-to-month basis, and is now looking for talented individuals to join its operations team.

The current opening is for taking independent charge of the entire offline operations team to help it grow its operations on pan-India basis. The ideal candidate should be from Tier 1 institute (B.Tech + MBA preferred) with 3-5 years of industry experience in operations domain.

Immediate availability is preferred.

Key Activities:

- Design order planning and execution processes, to ensure that order fulfillment timelines are met in any case

- Streamlining communication channels between Sales, Operations, Accounts and other teams

- Build relationships with logistics partners/third party vendors

- Ensure that order execution is as per the agreed processes

- Execute special projects to increase presence on Pan-India basis

- Streamline payment processes for offline operations

Skills required:

- Team management, Microsoft Office, most importantly problem-solving skills!

Direct reporting to VP - Operations.
