National Dealer/Channel Sales Head

Industrybuying.com is looking for a National Dealer/Channel Sales Head who would be responsible to drive sales of industrial products via dealer/channel at a national level and has experience of managing dealer team at various locations pan India.

This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the founders, the key responsibilities will be to grow and enhance the business at Industrybuying.com.

Job Description:

1. Build and expand the channel sales business for industrial products pan India.

2. Conduct a detailed need analysis to engage with the dealers & position Industrybuying's products.

3. Drive your team to plan, develop and appoint new channel partners to expand product reach in the market and work in close interaction with the dealers and distributors to assist them to promote the product.

4. Continuous follow-up with the team at each stage, identifying improvement areas & implementing measures to maximize sales. Managing the PnL of the dealer sales team, ensuring maximum margin and identifying new ways to extract the same.

5. Leadership and management of assigned channel team including resource management, hiring, mentorship, and performance management

6. Develop and implement the overall channel's strategy for the field and company.

7. Manage programs to maximize sales revenue and touch and influence revenue from across all channel partners.

8. Forecast demand for the given products for optimal inventory planning.

9. Efficiently manage lead dashboard on CRM.

Required candidate profile:

1. Extensive experience in Channel/dealer management.

2. Previous experience in dealing with MRO products, industrial supplies, etc.

3. Good Communication and Negotiation Skills.

4. Advanced MS - Office Suite skills.

5. B.Tech from tier 1-2 institute.

6. Flexible attitude to cope up with the changing situations and emerging with enhanced performance.

7. Team Management experience is a must
