Designation : Manager- Channel Sales  Role: Develop Dealer, Distributor network for Channel Network  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to cross-sell and up-sell to customers to increase share of spend and product penetration within existing or New Reseller accounts.  a. Pro-actively contact and drive sales from prospective Resellers/Channel Partners and achieve targets  b. Leverage existing Reseller/Retailer/Dealer base to maximize sales and customer satisfaction  2. Proven track record of achieving Sales Targets  3. Strong business acumen with a demonstrated knowledge of identifying potential value creation  4. Proactive, goal-oriented individual with good verbal and written communication skills  5. Great attitude, strong organizational skills, and a self-starter  6. Ability to complete individual goals as well as handle and grow teams with the focus towards a common goal  7. Create plans, milestones, timelines, resource requirements etc. and execute fast.  8. Generate daily reports for higher management and clients showcasing the day-on-day progress of the project/new initiatives.  Requirements for the Job:  In terms of educational background, skills, and experience, we expect that:  - 3 years of experience in building channel/dealer/ Franchisee for industrial products.  - You are comfortable working with Microsoft office tools like MS-Excel, MS-Word, PowerPoint.  You will need the right mindset to thrive and grow in a young and enthusiastic firm like ours.
