Industrybuying.com - Head - Supply Chain/Operations

We're looking for a smart, enthusiastic professional to spearhead our pan-India Operations & Supply Chain. This position will lead and direct all facets of supply chain management including, but not limited to, Operations and Planning, Logistics, Inventory/Warehouse Management for the Business.

Reporting directly to the founders, you will be required to work with cross functional teams to manage and grow the existing Supply Chain stack.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Manage end to end supply chain

- Warehouse Management - tracking/monitoring inventory & its smooth flow & storage

- Ensuring all the SLAs & TAT are maintained.

- Finalization of manpower, fleet, training, resource planning, etc

- LSP relations, negotiations, ensuring best price

- Efficiently manage a team of 60+ members

- Execute special projects to increase presence on Pan-India basis

- Successful private brands inventory management is a key performance criterion.

Ideal candidate profile:

- Top tier B.Tech/B.E

- PG - MBA in Supply Chain Management / Operations Management (preferred)

- Ecommerce operations experience is an added advantage

- Team handling experience is a must

- 7-10 yrs. of experience in SCM processes.

Salary offered : 16 - 20 LPA
