Industrybuying.com - Head - OEM Business Development (6-8 yrs)
Responsibilities :
Reporting to VP Procurement, the incumbent would be responsible for :
- Developing targeted OEM network by identifying prospects and conducting cold calls, while contributing to the top line with the objective of attaining accelerated growth with good margins.
- Meeting with key stakeholders across the OEM landscape and convince them to tie up with IndustryBuying.
- Using data and analytics to develop business development strategies and execute them to achieve apportioned sale targets and generate profitable revenue growth
- Leading a team of hard-core sales and marketing professionals while being responsible for their performance and development.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to steer OEM marketing activities by understanding the needs of individual OEMs and creating communication strategies in the form of marketing campaigns, thereby building image at OEM end to improve brand value
- Conducting complete follow through pricing and cataloging along with accompanying terms and conditions.
Desired candidate profile :
- Professional with 6-8 years of experience in targeted business development across OEM landscape
- Possess a Bachelor's/PG Degree in Technology/Business Development/Marketing or equivalent from tier I-II institutions.
- Proven capability in data driven problem solving, relationship building skills, strong technical capabilities and entrepreneurship attitude.
- Charismatic personality with the ability to get potential clients on board using superior persuasion skills.
- Commercial approach and Technical experiences are necessary to succeed in the role.
- Language skills : English advanced.
- Strong leadership, good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, evaluation and presentation skills.
