As Finance Business Partner, the key responsibilities are:

- Monthly Management Report (MIS) including Cash Flow, Annual budget process and periodic analysis of financial performance.

- Working on new projects covering various financial aspects while identifying areas for cost reductions and operational improvements.

- Hands-on experience on preparing financial models, business projections and valuations; work in close partnership with the business heads and ensure collaboration to provide accurate, timely and comprehensive annual budgets as well as monthly forecasts.

- Handle banking relationships and finding improvement opportunities

- Oversee the External /Internal Audit, review and analyse results.

- Ensure the compliance/documentation requirement for all laws like Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST.

- Handle complete end to end P2P process, vendor compliance while driving credit with vendors and looking after collections/accounts receivables.

- Streamline inventory movement process PAN India, ensure lean inventory management and optimize inventory plans

- Monthly presentation of financial performance, full year forecasts and budget variances including understanding financial opportunities and risk.

- Oversee the continuous improvement of Accounting and Financial Processes on new updates and build strong relations and provide financial support to commercial decision making.

Ideal candidate profile:

- CA (2014 onwards) with operating knowledge of Tally ERP 9 and above.

- Big 4 experience preferred.

- Problem solver with 3 - 5 years of relevant experience

- Good GST, Tax and accounting knowledge (IGAAP) and statutory audit experience.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to present plans to support business decisions.

- Good team management skills, ability to prioritise workload and ability to work to strict reporting deadlines.

- Experience of running and performing budgeting or forecasting processes.

- Excellent analytical ability with a good attention to detail.

- Determined and assertive, prepared to get into the detail to understand the complex cost drivers of the business.
