Reporting directly to the founders, the core responsibilities revolve around growth and business development initiatives at Industrybuying that cut across business lines, regions and functions at a national level.
Job Responsibilities:
- Pitching and winning multi-crore contracts to CXO level audiences at large enterprises across a combination of people cost, technology and procurement solutions.
- Quarter on quarter business growth and transformation to make Industrybuying's offerings/services more efficient and effective.
Team Management:
- Build and lead a large team based majorly out of Delhi and Regional clusters (Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Jamshedpur, Udaipur etc.), and be responsible for team's performance and development.
- The team profile is one of Lead and Business conversion owners), Procurement (margin/Sourcing Owners-vendor team) and operations (SLA/Supply Chain owners) roles, spread across various cities in the country, primarily Delhi. Hiring will be a major responsibility across India; across roles. ensure right training and deployment of resources wherever needed.
- Account Management: Demonstrate sharp skills of managing key accounts and grow them further vis-a-vis extended portfolio of offering and turning spot buys into contract purchases
- Extracting complete potential of contract clients and identifying new organizations as clients and strategic partners; contract closures with blue chip clients
- Marketing activities: Collaborating with the marketing team to steer marketing activities and creating communication strategies in the form of marketing campaigns to improve brand value
Desired candidate profile:
- Professional with 10-20 years of experience in targeted business development in a large enterprise landscape by sales funnel management and engaging the sales team members.
-Extensive experience in dealing with MRO products.
- Possess a Bachelor's/PG Degree in Technology/Business Development/Marketing or equivalent from tier I-II institutions.
- Proven capability in data driven problem solving, relationship building skills, strong technical capabilities and entrepreneurship attitude.
- Charismatic personality with the ability to get potential clients on board using superior persuasion skills.
- Familiarity with and relationships with the purchase department of large companies is essential.
- Core industrial sales experience is mandatory.
- Experience in managing a team of 50- 100 people.
- Strong leadership, good interpersonal and communication skills.
