Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct a detailed need analysis to engage with the dealers & position Industrybuying's products.

2. Drive your team to plan, develop and appoint new channel partners to expand product reach in the market and work in close interaction with the dealers and distributors to assist them to promote the product.

3. Continuous follow up with the team at each stage, identifying improvement areas & implementing measures to maximize sales.

4. Managing the PnL of the dealer sales team, ensuring maximum margin and identifying new ways to extract the same.

5. Forecast demand for the given products for optimal inventory planning.

6. Efficiently manage lead dashboard on CRM.
