- Hire, manage, train a team of highly skilled individuals in Vendor acquisition across levels
- Make VA strategy and business plan for the company across categories and product lines and ensure the execution of the same via VA team
- Validate and improve quality of vendors to improve on business metrics
- Building processed and controls to manage end to end seller onboarding journey - soliciting, sourcing, registration, training and order fulfilment for the first 3 months on the platform
- Define and maintain hygiene and efficiency metrics and TATs for function, team and vendors
- Vendor training and development plan to improve engagement and service levels for the platform
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Experience in exponentially scaling up vendor base for an ecommerce platform
- P&L management of all launched vendors
- Demonstrated leadership experience and proficiency
- Advance knowledge of MS Excel, advanced data analysis and reporting skills
- Excellent on relationship management, conflict management, negotiation skills, exponential growth mindset
- Virtues/Qualities- ownership mindset, excellence, integrity, team person, respect
- Demonstrated proficiency in Roles and Responsibilities listed above
