Account Manager - Enterprise/eCommerce

We are looking for self driven and ambitious individuals who have had relevant experience as account managers for industrial products in the eCommerce industry.

Responsibilities:

- Establish, maintain and service accounts, covering full assigned territory to ensure high customer satisfaction, positive long-term relationships and repeat business.

- Expand business by cross and up selling to the existing clients.

- Maintain and improve service levels by conducting business reviews to ensure client's satisfaction and meeting clients- expectations.

- Excellent problem solving capability and ability to work in a highly growth oriented environment independently.

Desired candidate profile:

- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in the field of key account management with the ability to foster long term relationship with existing clients.

- High analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office products desired

- Tier I - Tier II colleges' engineering graduates will be preferred.
