Industry Head - Retail/Consumer & Goods with a Fortune 500 IT Co.
1. A Leadership level role with experience in Consultative selling & Solutioning.
2. An Industry leader having, a deep domain knowledge.
3. Thought leadership /Industry (CXO) Relationships.
4. India Market experience is a must
5. Build strategic and long-term relationship with client IT Directors and CTOs
6. Identify opportunities to build new solutions and offerings, based on problems identified in customer domains and define problem statement leveraging offshore CoEs - Involved in adding new logos.
7. Present thought leadership and emerging technology capabilities externally and to Account managers, Client Partners, and Account Executives within the BU and help them sell the solutions and offerings
8. Increase mind-share with customers in the Indian market
9. Engage in technology reviews of strategic growth opportunities and ventures
10. Institute a discipline of continuous delivery and technology excellence
11. Should have significant experience in growing the practice further & manage sustaining relationships
12. Ability to define strategic direction for the Industry practice from technology perspective, to put in place the required elements to achieve this strategy and then conclude it successfully while identifying the best methods of building the brand
13. Very strong interpersonal and communication skills to form good relationships both internally and externally
