Job Description:

- Working with global investment banking professionals on company profiles, industry research reports, pitch books and presentations across sectors and countries

- Comparable company analysis (Comps): Evaluate the trading multiples of public companies in different industries.

- Precedent Transaction Analysis: Valuation tool to look at precedent transactions like acquisitions, mergers, take over.

- Updating Financial Models: Updating financial models containing historical and forecasted financial statements to provide change in multiples over a period of times .

- Preparing Pitch Books: Preparation of comprehensive pitch book material containing industry overviews, company profiles, share price analysis and various financial models including WACC analysis, LBO and operating models.

Managing the project by

- Understanding the client requirement through calls/conferences.

- Quality check on the work done by analysts.

- Delivering the product to the client, strictly adhering to timelines.

- Having hands on experience with Reuters, Thomson, Bloomberg, Factiva, Factset, Merger market, DataStream, OneSource and Hoovers. (Any other sector data source knowledge would be appreciated )
