As part of Design Team, you are responsible for the Industrialization of the products which include moulds and tool development, process development and manufacturing readiness.

Responsibility

- As part of NPI project team and responsible for Industrialization deliverables for NPI projects

- Analyse & calculate the capacity requirement for manufacturing capacity for moulds and tools, Assy fixtures, testing fixture, layout in close coordination with plant team

- Specify the mould, press tools, ADC tools specifications and lead the development including the vendors & cost with close coordination with purchase team

- Kick off the plastic moulds, press tools & ADC tools developments

Knowledge/Requirements

- Good knowledge of Press tools and Moulds working and Manufacturing process

- Experience in the Mass production/Batch Production manufacturing techniques and process

- Good understanding of local and international toolmaker networks

- Good Knowledge of Various engineering Plastic and metal material with their properties
