Job purpose & Scope:

- Base Location: Bangalore

- Acquiring and growing the zonal business of Karnataka & AP/Telangana(Zone - South1)

- Achieve the month on month targets on Liabilities and Wealth Product on saving, current and term deposit. Build and sustain the growth along with suitably managing the business efficiency of the Branch Banking channel.

- Responsible for complete Branch Banking Operations and P&L by ensuring a sustained growth in the profit contribution towards consumer banking

- Growth of profitable and suitable business via active marketing and Sales

- Preparing client service plans and identifying Cross Sales opportunities and innovative solutions.

- Cross selling the Bank's full range of products and services utilizing the customer interface opportunities to enhance team's efficiency.

- Ensure smooth sales service related activities in the branches and among the staff members

Major Areas of Responsibilities:

Organization

- Ensure ongoing self-development

- Excel in people management skills, interpersonal skills and corporate conduct

- Control attrition and achieve stability of book

- Manage the key performance indicators at the highest level

Sales

- Generate new business to achieve defined sales targets

- Achieve the Targets set in terms of product mix.

- Achieve - best in class- productivity in order to maximize the efficacy of the sales process.

- Achieve the budgeted cross sell targets

- Hands on experience in turning around business, budgeting, delivering and driving results.

Integration Management

- Manage the customer transition with utmost sensitivity

- Awareness of all the policies and procedures issued in relation to money laundering prevention

- Ensure compliance with these policies and procedures on an ongoing basis

- Competency in creating business continuity plan and maintain long term customer relationships through high quality service
