Experience - Wholesale banking experience in Credit/ Risk/ Policy / Portfolio focus

Job Pointers:

1. Policy Compliance & Adherence:

a. Review of ongoing policies applicable to corporate banking, adherence to the policies in business units through robust SOP including identifying policy changes through proactive business interactions.

b. Review of audit observations (across internal/ external) audit and identifying corrective actions for resolution of the issues.

c. Oversight of controls and processes relating to Portfolio Compliance

d. Management of all board/ audit/ related items for closure & action

2. Process enhancements:

a. On ongoing basis, identification of process enhancements through SOPs and audit observations across lending journey and post sanction monitoring.

b. Driving implementation of the identified initiatives along with impact metrics on the portfolio quality.

3. Portfolio & Asset quality Management:

a. Defining and tracking portfolio metrics for quality & composition of the book Responsible for identifying policy changes for enabling business through proactive business interaction

b. Close tracking, assessment and high risk exposure, proactively tracking credit costs

c. Competitive benchmarking w.r.t industry & peer growth, industry penetration, Macro trends.

4. Portfolio Hygiene:

a. Review of portfolio hygiene across deferrals, post sanction monitoring including tracking and closure vide business teams.
