Overall Job Description:

1. Efficiently manage mapped portfolio and acquire New to bank Clients related to Forex and Trade

2. Responsible for trade fee revenues from mapped base and new to bank trade customers

3. Upsell and cross sell various retail asset to the customers ( LAP and business banking with tickets from 1 Cr to 20 Cr )

4. Upsell and cross sell various third party products to the customers ( insurance and Cards majorly )

5. Responsible for actively referring business banking and trade finance limits ( LAP and business banking with tickets from 1 Cr to 20 Cr )

6. Responsible for CASA monitoring and CASA growth ( mapped book and acquisition )

7. Adherence to Compliance and Sales process.

ECRMs roles and responsibility includes:

1. Regular meeting with existing customer to ensure engagement and wallet share.

2. Resolve any service related Issue by coordinating with Internal & external stakeholders.

3. Understand customer requirement and cross-sell products which meet those requirements.

4. Scope opportunity in the portfolio to refer leads to business banking, LAP / HL, LAS etc.

5. Acquire quality importer / exporter with regular Trade / FX transaction.

6. Achieve annual fee budget.

7. Ensure there are no regulatory or compliance related issues in the portfolio.

8. Regular update of call reports.
