- Driving to achieve team targets for the Mortgages/Loan against Property business through lead generation and fulfillment from the Branches and internal channels
- Monitoring Branches and setting targets for them
- Develop and Manage Branch network for mortgage loans in Geographical region
- Analyze and formulate the sales plans and strategy and achieve the revenue budget through the team of Area Sales Managers and Relationship Manager
- Providing training to the branch channel for updating the policy changes and to keep them motivated
- Track performance on an ongoing basis with respect to the business plan and take appropriate actions to achieve targets
- Implements procedures and training to prevent frauds
- Understand competitor Bank products and Services property, loans, training, loans against property, business plan, channel partners
- Thoroughly understand the relevant markets with a view to quickly grasp trends and suitable solutions that can be structured for a customer
