Job Summary:
Driving the Agribusiness loans portfolio in the allocated territory & its catchment area to achieve the disbursement targets assigned.
Detailed Responsibility:
- Mobilisation of Retail Agribusiness-financing opportunities for a region.
- Adhering to Bank's product/ credit policies while sourcing/ disbursing loans
- Achievement of disbursement-targets assigned to Region.
- Hiring of ASMs and RMs as per approved manpower of a region.
- Maintaining portfolio quality to achieve near-zero delinquency.
- Achieving the cross-sell/ Fee income targets assigned to Region
- Liaison with Lead Bank & various Govt. Agencies like SLBC/ DLTC/ NABARD etc. operating in Branch's catchment area.
