Salary Offered : 7-10 LPA

Manpower Planning & Onboarding (60% weightage) :

- Source and attract top talent for specific verticals across the region by creating innovative strategies to locate and select talent

- Execute the annual employee recruitment plan along with Business/Regional heads

- Recruitment against attritions and vacant positions as per business/ manpower plan

- Ensuring the actuals are maintained against the budget through quality hiring

- Ensuring healthy source mix (of consultants, referrals, drives, online portals, etc) and devising plan to promote low cost sourcing channels

- Manage and improve efficiency in offer to joining ratio, joining to sustenance period. Devise plans and programs to improve the attrition of the vertical managed

- Vendor Management and stakeholder management- Hold regular meetings with business stakeholders and external stakeholders to review and define sourcing needs and develop sourcing strategies for short and long term requirements

Employee Engagement (25% weightage) :

- Induction- Ensuring all the on boarded employees undergoes the product Induction programme (Seed) & company Induction session by IFBIT

- Visiting branches to ensure connect with employees

- Smooth implementation of HR policies & processes across branches in the region

- Managing basic hygiene factors of employees related to salary, relationship with peers/subordinates & working culture

PMS & Compliance (10% weightage) :

- To Ensure 100% completion of goal setting & appraisal process to ensure timely completion of appraisals

- Ensure initiation and closure of background verification case

- Managing pending confirmations, absconding and termination process

MIS & Projects (5% weightage) :

- Maintaining requisite HR MIS for effective tracking of positions

- Execution of Corporate/ regional level projects to improve efficiency of employees or support business development plans

Skill Set and Qualifications :

- Min. 3 to 4 years of experience in the industry (preferably in talent acquisition)

- Good networking skills for connecting with passive candidates and stakeholder management

- People management experience preferred

- Strong proficiency in excel, and well-versed with new age sourcing platforms of Linkedin, IIMJobs, etc
