Indusind Bank - Regional Head - Branch Banking

JOB PURPOSE - Handle all the activities of the Region with strong leadership skills and service orientation. Strong target & deadline orientation with third party management skills and good exposure and knowledge of full suite of products offered by Consumer Bank (CASA, FD, Agri Business Insurance, Investments).

Responsibility Areas

- Fully responsible for Branches P & L - revenue & cost.

- Sales generation - CASA, Agri & Third Party Wealth Products.

- Transaction Management

- Customer Service Delivery & Operations management to be key deliverables.

- Sales Management & Service Management

- Brand Management

- Audit & Compliance

- Good degree of familiarity with Branch Operations/processes

Candidates must have a strong Retail background. He should have managed at least 10-15 branches.
