Job Description :
- To partner with respective BU for driving performance and productivity matrix covering employees of retail liabilities of respective region.
- Act as facilitator to employee in all HR related matters
- Establish HR connect thru Branch Visits
- Implementation of EWS (early warning system) Predictive Analysis
- Analyze trends in employee turnover & engagement and accordingly implement HR interventions
- Drive specific performance review initiatives thru One-One, Focused Group Discussions aiming to create a highly engaged productive team work culture.
- Develop and bring in more inclusivity at the branch/regional and zonal level
- Be the first point of contact for all employee grievances and partner with the HR Business Partner in conducting necessary investigations
- Partner with Zonal HR Partner to drive Career pathing sessions/ initiatives
- Proactively provide People metrics & analytics to enable and drive HR Strategy
