Role Details :
The individual shall be responsible for managing Client Programs & Projects for Indus Select & FCY account holders. Owner of Program benefits, Client Communication Matrices across various Channels, Manages all Client KPI's - Activation / Product Holding/ Deposit Balances & Service levels.
Overall Job Description :
- Defines & Creates Client Value Proposition - across Various Products to drive acquisition along with the Sales & Digital teams, Refines Proposition based on their appeal, Cost to Income & other relevant Business parameters.
- Creates Communication Plan Covering entire Client Lifecycle - Branch Collaterals, D2C, Social Media, Net, Mobile etc, Works Closely with Marketing Teams to create Collaterals & Creatives relevant to each client Touch Point.
- Works Closely with Sales, Service, Product & Process Teams to Identify Client Need gaps & takes necessary action as relevant
- Lead and own full program life cycle for Select & FCY clients from Onboarding Programs ( 1st 90 days ) & Trigger based Interventions later in the Client Lifecycle
- Ownership of Client Vectors - NBD activation/ Credit Velocity/ Product Holding / Balance / Sticky & Household account Penetration
- Collaborate with and manage key stakeholders - business & product teams, Virtual RMs, Branch Banking Sales Teams, campaign management, Data Analytics and decision science teams, marketing, partners (vendors), leadership and senior management teams, etc.- to ensure successful execution of initiatives
- Evaluate, track & ramp up key metrics of the Select program- including acquisition, engagement, product penetration & book growth.
EDUCATION :
Essential Requirement : MBA/PGDBM from Tier 1 College
WORK EXPERIENCE :
Essential requirement : 5-7 years of work experience in Product/Portfolio or Program management in any bank
- Exposure to Premium Banking Programs & Non Resident Products will be an added advantage
