IndusInd Bank - Product Manager - Current Account (5-12 yrs)
The Incumbent shall be :
1). Responsible for jointly owning the Current Account product P&L for the region by providing support to channels through devising innovative product in line with customer and regulatory framework requirements.
2). Responsible for handling current account variants Trade, Foreign Currency which involves regularly evaluating the effectiveness of the Product, design contest/initiatives to drive sourcing of new accounts as well as activating/value build-up in existing accounts and make necessary changes in the product depending on the market requirement
3). Providing support to the Branches, Sales teams and Channels by providing product clarifications, help in acquiring of big deals through joint customer visits and Branch visits, additional collaterals like offer letters, etc.
4). Planning, implementing, launching & improving product propositions. Driving new initiatives & contests for better sourcing and incremental NTB customers.
5). Support the low-performing Branches in resolving their issues and providing product solutions thereby bringing them up the curve.
6). Knowledge Management - Designing and updating an online knowledge repository assist business units.
7). Delivery of training to our internal customers (Branch / Sales / Channel, etc.) on Current account products as well as value added services.
8). Supporting on the Product Customization (Waivers/Limit enhancements). Responsible for evaluating case to case customization cases on the basis of profitability and supporting the Branches / Channels to meet the needs of the customer and thereby increased balances.
9). Liaising with the KYC and Legal team for updating Current Account KYC policy.
10). Liaising closely with DSU, Campaign, Marketing, Communication & Training for current account collateral (internal & external), Learning Modules, New drives, engagement & NTB campaigns on selected customer base.
