IndusInd Bank - Product Manager - Credit Cards (5-7 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
- Track and maximise the product profitability including key indicators such as NIM, Spends, activation.
- Monitor closely the product feature utilization on a month on month basis.
- Regularize the Product Feature Reiteration Campaigns to create more customer awareness.
- Help in digitisation of product program and feature usage by clients.
- Relationship management with sales team and to push the sales of the product the person is responsible for.
- Execute the established internal control systems and complies relevant information for departmental audits.
Experience:
Minimum 5 - 7 Years in cards product management in MNC or Large private bank.
