Job Summary :- 1. Responsible for product development, portfolio management and Analysis including end to end ownership of life cycle for Consumer finance. Monitor pricing, revenue generation, new product development, budgetary expansion and long term business planning for Consumer finance business. 2. Responsible for conceptualizing & implementing the strategic plan to steer topline growth and bottom line delivery. 3. Develop and manage the product line, define strategies to deliver Net Income in compliance with organizational goals. Develop product and ensure competitiveness of product offering in the market wrt digital consumer loan. 4. Overall P&L ownership along with BH to monitor and act on triggers which will result in improvements as well risk management on Profit and Loss account. 5. Design and Build capabilities, processes etc. and implement key strategic initiatives to deliver the agreed business targets as per the budget plan. 6. Initiate and lead key projects, engage with Fintech or Partners or internal functional teams for the consumer finance business which builds capability, process improvement and increase business yield. 7. Work in tandem with marketing, compliance, DSU team to design and execute national level promotional campaigns & sales strategies to increase brand awareness. Educational Qualification: MBA from: 1.
