Role Details
The individual shall be responsible for Planning & management of Personalized Client Interventions on the Retail Liabilities Book to drive the Objective of Client Engagement, Product Penetration, Cross Sell & Liabilities Book Growth. The Individual will work closely with Analytics/Marketing/Campaigns/ Alternate & Branch Banking Channels to drive the Business agenda
Overall Job Description
- Lead and own full program life cycle for Mass Banking Liability clients from Onboarding Programs ( 1st 90 days ) & Trigger based Interventions later in the Client Lifecycle
- Ownership of Client Vectors - NBD activation/ Credit Velocity/ Product Holding / Balance / Sticky & Premium Product Penetration
- Leverages Multiple channels to drive Client level KPI's Including call outs, email, social media, Mobile & Inbound Call center.
- Creates Various Programs Like Dormant & Inactive Reactivation, Base Book Deepening, Product Switch & Upgrades, FD Penetration & FD growth led Programs
- Measure Program Efficacy & ROI at a Program/ Segment level by using Scientific & established measurement methods.
- Define, generate and assess metrics and key performance indicators for each campaign. Provide all necessary data to support critical decision-making through fact-based analysis.
- Collaborate with and manage key stakeholders - business & product teams, Channels, campaign management, Data Analytics and decision science teams, marketing, partners (vendors), leadership and senior management teams, etc.- to ensure successful execution of initiatives
- Liaise with marketing team to craft high quality client communication and Legal & Compliance team to ensure all client Programs are within the L&C ambit
EDUCATION
Essential requirement: MBA/PGDBM from Tier 1 College
WORK EXPERIENCE
Essential requirement:
- 2-4 years of work experience in Product or Portfolio management/ in any Bank / NBFC ( Card Companies) / Fintech
- Hands on With Data - Analysis & gathering insights, with a Flair for Marketing
