JOB SUMMARY

Individual Contributor role responsible for implementation of Digital Projects for the Consumer Banking Group primarily driving Mobile & Web Applications implementation for Retail users and Merchants and be a key functional player in integration with multiple channels/applications within the Bank and external Payment Service Providers

Detailed Responsibilities:

- Interact with multiple cross functional teams including Product, IT, Operations and be responsible for end to end Project delivery including Requirements, Solution Design, Implementation, UAT and Rollout

- Role involves end to end project management from Business requirement analysis, approach/solution finalization, effort estimation, finalizing user journeys/UI/UX, UAT, Project tracking & status reporting, risk mitigation, & roll-out planning and execution including end user training & communication

- Conceptualize and implement Business Solutions for the Consumer Banking Group in Digital to standardize operations and service activities. Implement the defined processes and ensure that systems are in place to measure implementation

- Create business process documents for various Channel initiatives and manage integration though various Channels

- Manage end to end integration of Mobile and web application with internal systems such as Finacle, Bank CRM, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Loans and similar applications within the Bank

- Expertise in Project Management, Change Management and Business Process Re-engineering in a Banking or Financial Service Industry

- Prior experience in Merchant Solutions and Merchant Acquiring related implementation is preferred

- Role will be extended to driving business-technology innovations across service and self service delivery channels including Mobile, NetBanking or ATM

Key Skills

- Techno-functional role, requires in depth Understanding and extensive work experience in Digital Projects implementation

- Working knowledge of Mobile app development life cycle in Android & iOS

- Well versed with mobile app platforms & technologies

- Good communication, networking and relationship skills with ability to forge relationships with internal and external stakeholders
