Role Details:-

- Marketing Leader from CO for Business support and Zonal activities

- Plan and review Marketing plans for the zone in line with the Zonal / product strategies

- Strong concept and deadline orientation in driving marketing initiatives

- Responsible for Sales Promotion, Events and Branding initiatives

- Good exposure and knowledge of BTL Marketing and Captive /Internal Branding

- Campaign support to Business teams

- Drive all the Outdoor Campaigns, Events & Activation, Zonal Programs, Alliances, Other Campaigns & Customer touch points

Overall Job Description: - Development of e-mailers, Management / expansion of Marquee Properties, Events, Promotions, Branch visual merchandising / signage, Product launch, Atl / Btl development and management, vendor management and zonal activities support

- Support all Brand Communication activities including ATL, BTL, Retail along various product launches

- Manage and drive marketing initiatives for CA, Home Markets and upcoming Retail initiative for SME

- Campaign management support and development of creatives for various mediums as per business and marketing plan requirement

- Innovate Idea's in all communication mediums & Develop new vendors for innovative branding solutions and cost optimisation

- Ensure compliance of brand guidelines in all communication (internal and external)

- Support Monthly planning of Marketing Activities and Initiatives with Zonal Marketing Managers

- Responsible for management of all marquee properties such as Metro Stations, Airports etc

- Branding deployment across branches and ATMs

- Monthly review on Visual Merchandising and Inauguration of New Branches and upgradation of Visual Merchandising at existing branches.

- Experiential / event along with product launch conferences while representing for the brand

- Media Planning - Review delivery channels for communications and recommend the most suitable mediums with effective use of resources.

- Negotiate annual deals (media buys) with different media groups in television, radio, press & OOH

- Analysis & periodic reviews of brand, competitive, category, customer & consumer trends to enhance brand's equity & marketplace performance

- Controlling and deployment of all merchandise material & continuously identify new cost effective and innovate merchandise material

- Develop and execute field marketing plan for product launch

- Marketing Research - Regularly monitoring and review the market trends marketing innovation and competition data and design proactive market communication plan along with the business team

- Costs & Budgets - Allocate budgets to States, monthly- quarterly tracking

- Experience in marketing communication management, OOH and on ground activity experience in a fast paced sector like Banking, telecom etc.

- Ability to work with cross functional teams of Product and Sales

- Ability to prioritize among various projects and comfortable working in ambiguous and fast changing work environment

Education:-

Essential requirement: Graduate

Preferred: Post Graduate / MBA

Work Experience:-

Essential requirement: 12 - 15 years of Work Experience

Preferred: Marketing Role in a Bank/Telecom/Insurance/Consumer Durable/FMCG.
