IndusInd Bank - Manager - Employee Relations

The incumbent should handle end-to-end all cases related to employee misconducts including the following:

1. Issuing / drafting notices to employees for unethical behavior, etc.;

2. Fact finding exercise including collection of evidence;

3. Representing the management side during the domestic enquiries;

4. Preparing communications (Letters of explanation, Show cause notices / Charge Sheets / Proceedings and Findings of Enquiry / Final Orders / Warning Letters etc.) on issues of misdemeanors and aberrations observed by operations / Businesses;

5. Drafting and conveyancing in the matters related to employment laws and service disputes;

6. Coordinating with the lawyers and employees representing the bank before different authorities on behalf of the Bank and giving them briefs, drafts of statements to be made, etc.;

7. Assiting to business leaders including the investigating offciers, Enquiry Officers, Disciplinary Authorities / Appellate Authorities, etc. in the matters of disciplinary action, etc.;

8. Conducting labour law compliance related audits of the departments and other busines units and ensuring that the Bank is compliance on all matters of law.

9. Appearing before the authorities such as Conciliation Officers, Shops & Establishment authorities, Labour Commissioners, the Courts, Industrial Tribunals, High Courts (through lawyers), etc.;

10. Drafting of replies to legal notices received through employees and lawyers in the matters of employment, disciplinary action, administrative action such as transfer, promotion, demotions, etc.;
