Principal Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for managing acquisitions through digital and Social media channels, setting up and executing stand-alone or integrated marketing campaigns to meet the business objectives.

2.To be responsible for developing, executing and delivering the bank's digital/online marketing strategy, planning and budget to include online, new media, web, e-commerce, and SEO to drive the business forwards through key marketing channels.

3. To be responsible for metrics to drive leads and ensure through gap analysis, appropriate support to correct performance within cost-effective targets for products like Savings Accounts, deposits, Credit Cards and Personal Loans etc.

4. To review technologies and explore new developments in the digital landscape to find ways to more effectively deliver the communication and optimize the cost of conversion from the digital marketing medium.

5. To be responsible for planning/ improving the design, usability, content and conversion points of the client's websites and for the promotion and growth of the bank's web properties.

6. To be responsible for identifying and prioritizing digital marketing objectives, creating and communicating Marketing targets/briefs.

7. To review the performance of all sites and for campaign reporting to ensure that revenue and costs per acquisition are managed and to ensure delivery of ROI

8. To develop and execute plans to increase page views, unique visitors, dwell time and site - stickiness- to encourage repeat usage.

9. To analyze campaigns, identify trends and provide fast, accurate reports, optimizing campaigns to produce the best return on investment for the clients.

10. To implement and monitor SEO and PPC strategy to drive traffic and conversion rates

11. To work with the wider Business Development team to improve customer attraction and retention

12. To take responsibility for managing significant digital marketing projects ensuring that they are delivered within budget and scope

13. To work together with other departments and divisions within the organisation to identify any process improvements and improve standards, efficiency and profitability.

Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications Essential Skills

- 5-7 years of experience and MBA from Tier 1 B School

- Certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Social media Marketing is a huge plus

- Proven experience in digital marketing and online PR in a bank or agency running large scale acquisition and engagement projects in BFSI

- Strong understanding the digital landscape and how it can be used to support and develop the brand

- Experience of SEO/digital content management and Search engine experience, including the ability to generate inbound links from the internet.

- Proficiency using analytics of tools to track and report on response rates, traffic and pick up
