IndusInd Bank - Lead - Wealth Analytics

- Deliver on analytical solutions in banking using advanced statistical and mathematical methods, leveraging deep business understanding and analytical expertise.

- Designing end-to-end AI solutions in our core focus areas viz. recommendation, predictive modelling, attrition, deep learning or natural language processing.

- Work on critical business analysis to drive positive impact on channel performance, product offering, customer experience and sales.

- Supervise and mentor junior team members

- Stay abreast of current business developments, technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of solutions provided.

- Successfully engage in multiple project initiatives simultaneously

EDUCATION -

- B.Tech/MS/PhD degree in Computer Science/Mathematics/Statistics/Operations Research or other quantitative field

- 7+ years of industry experience in Data Science.

Preferred: MS/PHD degree in Computer science.

- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

- Inquisitiveness and a desire for continuous self-improvement and development of new skills.

- Knowledge and experience of machine learning and AI techniques.

- Experience with one or more machine learning or statistics tools/packages such as SAS, R, Python etc.
