Role Details : - The individual will work closely with the top management of the Bank in creating and refining credit underwriting models for unsecured business loans, overdrafts (secured / unsecured), loans against card receivables, invoice discounting. Overall Job Description : - Drive the risk ranking model creation for retail lending products such as unsecured business loans, overdrafts (secured / unsecured), loans against card receivables, invoice discounting, etc. - Continuous assessment of model response on early risk indicators such as first payment default and lagged delinquency at 3 month etc through automated dashboards for continuous refinement in model performance. - Evaluate partnerships in MSME lending segment with other Fintechs to identify the segments which are suitable from a risk-reward point of view and are within the acceptable risk appetite of the bank; regular portfolio monitoring of portfolio built under partnership lending. - Identification of new opportunities in MSME lending emerging in the market and design of our underwriting models for such products. - Preferred work experience requirement: 7-10 years of work experience of working in team in asset vertical of Banks/NBFCs especially in the domain of unsecured business loans, overdrafts (secured / unsecured), loans against card receivables, invoice discounting. - Essential Education requirement: Post Graduation / B.Tech/B.E. from Tier 1 College in Engineering or Statistics/Mathematics. - Preferred Education requirement: Post graduation in Statistics/Mathematics.
