To lead the MIS, Analytics and Reporting function;

- Ownership of the central Data Warehousing / Data mart architecture and processes; ensure data integrity, data quality and timeliness; ownership of the RBI ADF architecture

- Ensure that all platforms feed into the EDW (enterprise wide data warehouse) adequately, in the agreed frequency, and promptly; manage data feeds from new platforms, new fields from existing platforms in an on-going manner. Co-ordinate / liaise with application owners, IT and business users.

- Ownership of the central MIS and Dashboard reporting (including RBI ADF) architecture and processes; ensure adequate, reliable and prompt reporting; be a bridge between users and IT in developing / host new reports, dashboards.

- Shall have adequate leadership and interpersonal skills to work with multiple stakeholders and lead the support team. Expected to hold a professional qualification (CA/MBA) and have a minimum experience of 10 - 15 years.

The role is multi-disciplinary and involves techno-functional collaborative work. The candidate is expected to have a strong background in either functional MIS / Reporting / KPI Monitoring / Dashboard implementation in Banks or financial services entities; or strong IT, database management expertise with adequate knowledge of financial reporting requirements; or hands-on experience in project management and implementation of transformational projects.
