Role Details

- The individual will have the Ownership of client journeys across new client acquisition platforms as well as applications for MSME segment. He will have Ownership of journeys across digital products and channels for SME segment such as mobile / web applications for micro retailers or small & medium enterprises, lending journeys across small ticket secured and unsecured loans, etc

Overall Job Description

- Define product roadmap for digital platforms of the Bank for MSME segment for different product lines like mobile / web applications, Whatsapp, Client Portals, Digital Lending Stack across product lines of unsecured Business Loans, invoice discounting, merchant cash advance, LAP, Small ticket working capital loans, deposits, payments, foreign exchange, etc.

- Customer focused thinking with deep understanding of customer needs and aspirations.

- Launch innovative, enriched digital client value propositions in collaboration with various ecosystem players in MSME segment (eg: accounting, taxation, inventory management solution providers)

- Define and own end to end user journeys for the products and platforms articulated above

- Define use cases for leveraging the platform for own clients as well as for new clients via Bank's distribution channels as well as via partnerships in order to build on completely digital journeys.

- Work on Do It Yourself, Assisted as well as Partner led journeys across products with high degree of reusability across all three enabled by microservices based architecture

- Cross-functional collaboration. Work with multiple stakeholders internal (Solution development Group, IT, Product, Risk, Business), external (vendors and partners) to drive and implement product development and changes.

- Ability to organize, manage and prioritize tasks, prior experience working with engineering through complete product lifecycle.

- Ensure core platforms / business rule engines as APIs are productionized to facilitate open banking / platform banking initiatives of the Bank.

- Constantly benchmark platforms against best in class globally to create frictionless client journeys as digital infrastructure matures.

- Drive adoption of platforms & user growth via client campaigns or via partners.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

- Should be well versed with agile / scrum methodologies

- Strong understanding of microservices / API based architecture

EDUCATION

Essential requirement: MBA/PGDBM from Tier 1 College

WORK EXPERIENCE

Essential requirement: 8-12 years of work experience in product design or client journey design. Atleast 3-5 years of experience in design of digital products and solutions for MSME segment in any bank / NBFC / Fintechs.
