Role Details

- The incumbent will report to Country Head - Wealth & Para Banking and work closely with Head Business Banking to develop and implement a country wide insurance product strategy for profitable growth covering of all insurance products and services through the Affluent banking channel of the bank

Overall Job Description

- The incumbent will on work Product Distribution Strategy focusing on all categories of Insurance Products (predominately general insurance)across the Business Banking Channel.

- Provide direction, guidance to insurance sales managers on ground on the development of long term strategy, marketing and operational effectiveness in order to sustain the insurance growth opportunities within the country.

- Support and Drive Business Performance, from channel/distribution sales performance, to cost management, customer base growth and market share.

- Drive Bancassurance product delivery and execution of the product's route to market across all channels, in line with the overall business plan and revenue targets.

- Provide insights to senior leadership in areas of competitor analysis, market intelligence, best practices.

- Design of value proposition for prospective partners.

- Execute and lead the engagement process for the target segments and specific accounts.

- Manage teams within Business Banking BU to ensure they deliver on annual goals

- Ensure Business Quality and Compliance adherence.

- Work on enhancing and providing best in class customer service to Business Banking client base.

EDUCATION

Essential requirement: Post Graduate/MBA

Preferred: MBA

WORK EXPERIENCE

Essential requirement: 15 -18 years

Preferred: 10-12 years in Bancassurance role, managing Bank relationships predominantly on the General Insurance domain.
