IndusInd Bank - Credit Risk Role - Policy & Governance

1. Handling of Review and Enhancement of Internal Governance of Credit Risk Management Policies.

2. Review Portfolios across bank to identify areas of policy changes / enhancements in consultation with Credit /Business

3. Presenting the Policy memos to signatories and conclude by taking approvals from Relevant approving authorities (RMC /BOD)

4. Keep track of RBI/other statutory guidelines and updating of polices in line with the same.

5. Liaise with RBI for RAR/RMP/policy related observations and closure of the same. 6. Ensure SOPs are in place for Credit Risk function and changes thereto

7. Liaise with Auditors for undertaking the Audits and closure of Audits

8. Handling of Industry Reviews and Sectoral Exposure polices for effective management of Risk

Requirement

- Thorough understanding of applicable Regulatory Guidelines of RBI/other statutory guidelines

- Good knowledge about regulatory code on Policy and Governance Framework in commercial banks

- Industry Reviews & Portfolio Analysis

- Framework and formalities pertaining to CRMC meetings

- Thorough knowledge of Processes related to the above and ability to lead discussions with various stakeholders

- Knowledge on ICAAP, Internal Rating models, Portfolio Analytics will be an added advantage.

Qualifications: CA/MBA
