IndusInd Bank - Corporate Relationship Manager (4-7 yrs)
Overall Job Description
Corporate Relationship Manager shall be responsible for Acquisition of Premium New to Bank corporate customers for corporate Sales channel with an average salary of greater than 50K PM and generate revenue through cross sell of other banking products (LI/GI/Cards):
- Acquisition of New to Bank Corporates for Corporate Sales Channel and ensure to create pipeline to meet the defined KRA's
- Attract potential customers for Corporate Salary Accounts, and generate fee based revenue through Cross Sell.
- Maintaining salary credit and average salary of accounts opened
- Monitor Book Growth on weekly Basis for Inflow and Outflows
- Ensuring client servicing & organizing Service Camps
- Activation of clients on Net Banking, Mobile Banking, POS channels to ensure engagement
- Maintaining Sales MIS & Report for business discussions
Required Candidate profile
- We are looking for someone who is having experience in acquisition/sourcing in corporate Salary segment targeting premium clientele with minimum experience of 2-8 years in the banking Industry.
- He/ She should have effective communication, Interpersonal & presentation skills and should be capable of working in competitive environment by maintaining high standards of conduct.
