BU/Function : Retail Liabilities

Reports to : Program Head |Portfolio NTB Acquisition & Portfolio Reporting

Role Details :

- The individual shall be responsible for managing & Preparation of Consumer Banking dashboards & Daily Dissemination of the same to all relevant stakeholders.

 

Additionally, he will support Portfolio analytics on Liabilities Book & Standalone Product Holders & manage the data performance of relevant data sets for the Virtual acquisition channel

Overall Job Description :

- Creation & Management of daily Dashboards & reporting framework of Consumer Banking.

- Adapts & makes relevant Changes to the dashboard based on key KPI's Tracked by Consumer Banking Leadership teams.

- Creates Targetable Insights in the Standalone Product Holder Base - Liases with Virtual Banking Acquisition teams & analyzes Campaign efficacy at a Program / Intervention Level

- Analyzes the performance of Portfolio Interventions from a Cost to Income, Test & Control Perspective & provides insight on the Performance of each Program

- Sustainable portfolio analytics solutions to design new business dashboards/reports across all business/channels by applying data visualization techniques across various platforms e.g. Power BI, MS-Access, other internal systems etc.

- Liaise and collaborate with multiple stakeholders i.e. business/channels/product/Decision Science/ Business Intelligence/campaign management/marketing teams to ensure successful execution of various dashboard requirements w.r.t productivity, campaign efficacy.

- Good to have understanding of Retail liability products/portfolio in order to drive business requirements.

EDUCATION :

Essential requirement : Graduate/MBA (desirable)

WORK EXPERIENCE :

Essential requirement :

- 3-5 years of work experience in Dashboarding / Reporting in Banks / NBFC

- High level of knowledge and efficacy in database/RDBMS management, MS-Office. Proficiency in SQL/SAS & Knowledge of Finacle CRM Next will be an added advantage.
