Minimum Criteria :
- Candidate must have prior experience of Business Loan / Loan against card receivables.
- Candidate must have handled Business Loan / Loan against card receivables as core product not as cross sell product.
- Candidate must have minimum 3 years stability/exposure of Delhi Location.
- Candidate must have prior experience of team handling.
- Achieve targets for the Loan against credit receivebles business through lead generation and fulfilment from the Open Market and alternate channels
- Supervising DST and DSA team
- Monitoring Branches and setting targets for them
- Develop and Manage DSA Network for mortgage loans in Geographical region
- Analyze and formulate the sales plans and strategy and achieve the revenue budget through the team of Sales Managers and Relationship Manager
- Providing training to the channel partners (DSA) for updating the policy changes and to keep them motivated
- Preparing and maintaining various MIS reports for the reference of top management
- Track performance on an ongoing basis with respect to the business plan and take appropriate actions to achieve targets
- Assists in negotiation of terms and follows through to closing
- Implements procedures and training to prevent frauds
- Understand competitor Bank products and Services property, loans, training, loans against property, business plan, channel partners
- Thoroughly understand the relevant markets with a view to quickly grasp trends and suitable solutions that can be structured for a customer.
Experience required: 3-4 years- into banking/ NBFCs in mortgages
CTC: Upto 10 lacs
