Qualification: CA / MBA / Post Graduate degree with a specialization in Finance. Preference would be given for premiere institutes. Experience: - Min. 8 to 10 years of experience (Age: Below 35). - Preference would be given for FMCG, Foods, or Retail experience. - A proven track record of at least 5 to 6 years in handling end to end Finance operations. - Experience in Fund Raising, Business modelling, series B/C funding and banking relations Roles & Responsibilities: Overarching Responsibilities: - Assist the CEO in formulating and executing the business plan. - Formulation of financial strategy to drive growth &amp; profitability and meet organizational goals. - Plan and direct all the aspects of finance requirements to ensure seamless pursuit of the organizational goals, along with risk-management frameworks. - Partner with the various functions to understand strategy and deliver strategic, value-added financial analysis and support, which leads to insightful business decisions. Formulation &amp; Execution of Finance Strategy: - Analysis of organization wide requirements for finance, in line with the cash flow requirement as per the business plan. - Assist the CEO and other team leaders in resource planning, allocation &amp; utilization and drive cost containment, without compromising on the growth. - Ensure competitive market analysis and timely evaluation of the industry trends, and provide inputs for key tactical and strategic decisions with robust financial analysis. - Identify internal and external business risks and provide optimal risk-mitigation methods. - Provide robust frameworks and due diligence for strategic alliances, including but not limiting to sales, distribution, marketing and operations. Help business teams in formulating and executing performance-based JBPs (Joint Business Plans) to eliminate incentive misalignment with trade partners. - Have tight grip on unit economics, CapEx, OpEx and other supply chain costs and provide value chain frameworks / inputs to continuously drive efficiencies. Support and sustain strategic and operational initiatives: - Support strategic initiatives related to improving profitability, leveraging strengths and optimizing opportunities for growth. - Provide support and guidance to business team leaders to ensure cross functional and collaborative team environment. - Provide innovative financial structuring, cash flow management, re-financing strategies and fund raising ideas for obtaining mandates. - Develop strong relationships with the Banks and other Investment Institutions. - Develop a robust working capital management framework including the OpEx and credit control mechanisms. - Drive and support business teams with cost and pricing models, for sourcing and sales respectively. Financial Statements &amp; Reports: - Ensuring timely submission of complete, accurate and reliable dashboards / reports information from all levels across all functions responsible for. - Preparing Balance sheet, P&amp;L account, Cash / Fund flow statements and other key MIS reports including product level and customer level profitability analysis. - Guide in maintaining purchase book, sales book, cash book and other statutory books of the accounts. - To provide relevant documents and information for filing of various statutory forms of the Company / associate Cos. - Guide IT team in setting up / modifying SAP system to meet the business needs. Governance, Legal &amp; Compliance: - Ensuring complete compliance of all statutory requirements for smooth functioning of business. - Implementing specific recommendations in internal audit reports. - Help the CEO in ensuring impeccable corporate governance in all financial aspects including Creditor and Debtor management.
