Job Purpose:

1. To build & manage all digital assets (captive & non captive) which are in perfect sync with product features that will be required to leverage existing consumer habits & more importantly influence/ trigger new habits.

2. To synchronize technology agenda with the product agenda that will be the key to customer acquisition, retention, driving lifetime value & delivering on service promise leading to targeted consumer cohorts & NPS

3. To lead technology interface, project manage the waterfall & agile delivery of technology roadmap

Responsibilities:

- Seamless integration of front end and back end operations.

- Optimizing tech cost: Ensuring that the technological resources meet the company's short and long-term needs.

- Innovation, cutting edge technology.

- % of accuracy, retention of customers

- Code quality to have Uptime % of 100 for limited customer churn

- Milestone achievement

- Tech Architecture building: Developing strategic plans and setting timelines for evaluation, development, and deployment of all technical, web, and mobile services

- Agile productivity

- Data Compliance: Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards.

- Monitoring web analytics and making recommendations that align with business goals

- Supervising quality assurance processes, integration, and system tests

- Establishing software development process and set objectives for the process

Technical Skills needed:

a. Proficient in Php and its modules, Java script, My Sql

b. Knowledge in React not that very important, just a knowhow

c. Complete System Architecture knowledge, including mainframes, UI/ UX

d. Vendor and Asset knowledge

e. Server Selection, maintenance and upkeep

Project Knowledge and Market Review:

a. Worked on as many as 2 to 3 different projects in various domains or in one specialized domain

b. In and out ecommerce technical knowledge of every stage, including upscale

c. Should have lead a bench of 10 technicians include lead developers, coders, UI and UX developers including tester or vendors to the same magnitude

d. One accolade of a project that has hit the top or near to talk of the town

e. Maintain zero downtime in respect of project deliberation and development

Product and Domain Knowledge:

a. Retail, Ecommerce, Grocery delivery, last mile delivery, modern logistics and Farm to fork tech development companies

Education: Master degree / Specialization in Information & Technology

Experience:

- 10 to 12Yrs

- Ecommerce Platform background mandatory
