Roles & Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy - Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues - Maintains payroll information systems, directing the collection, calculation, and entering of data. - Updates payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job titles, and department/ division transfers. - Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, PF, ESIC, and non-taxable, wages. - Ensure compliance with relevant laws - Balances the payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies. - Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests. - Maintains payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures. - Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital - Nurture a positive working environment - Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance - Maintain pay plan and benefits program - Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs - Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics - Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management Eligibility: - Strategic thinker & high result-oriented. - Good Analytical Ability along with strong HR concepts and process orientation. - Knowledge of HR systems and databases - Leadership & good interpersonal skills, ability to negotiate, communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization. - Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis.
