Key Responsibilities:

- The position is responsible for overall strategy formulation and management of HR and Facilities.

- Define the vision and deliver associated programs for the company to achieve the business goals from a long term perspective through a strategic HR plan

- Strategising and leading all people related interventions like PMS, talent management, Organisational Development, employee communications, Talent reviews, Talent acquisition, recruitment and retention, compensation, benefit plans, employee training, environmental health and safety, on boarding, and employee review process etc.

- Driving the learning and development interventions for all the employees and facilitate and creating a culture of collaboration and collective success

- Design and develop HR practices that ensure the right employer branding and help to attract and retain the best talent in market

- Guide the senior management and business heads to provide the support and perspective require to make critical employee related decisions through a data backed approach

- Participate in business planning processes and ensure that all HR programs and policies are aligned with organisational goals and priorities in support of the organisation mission.

- Be the custodian of the company culture and values institutionalising and promoting them across the organisation at all times

- Create, implement and oversee processes, procedures, best practices and documentation to support and ensure legal compliance for all requirements and regulations related to employment, benefits, compensation, etc are met at all the times.

- The HR Leader will oversee any/all restructuring activity which involves financial and impact analysis, creating a communication strategy and severance and retention plans as needed to support the business

Desired Candidate's Profile:

MBA with a specialisation in Human Resource from a premier B-School such as IIM, XLRI etc.

- A relevant experience of 10+ years in the field of HR.

- Strategic thinker & high result oriented.

- Good Analytical Ability along with strong HR concepts and process orientation.

- Leadership & good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of. the organisation.

- Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis.
