Key responsibilities: - Take end to end monetisation responsibility of O&O and external network inventory - Strategize and execute advertising use cases such as retargeting, video ads, branding, story telling, sampling etc. and create successful revenue channels out of them. - You will own the ad tech platform to enable ad delivery (showing the right ads to the right users at the right time) and measurement (demonstrating value to our advertisers) - Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap of the platform based on customer feedback, market research and prospects working closely with the Sales, engineering and management team - Should identify, test, and integrate new monetization partners, ad products and solutions. - Should coordinate with our Tech Dept. to provide assistance in identifying, reporting and resolving technical issues - Collaborate with OEM partners on a day to day basis to strategize and finalise monetisation roadmap for our products. - Would manage & handle the Ad Operations Team, Day to day ad placement, scheduling and updates for customers. - Work with Data science team to create a data management and modelling platform to facilitate in stronger targeting, KPI delivery and thus advertiser satisfaction - Would interact with advertisers, Ad networks and agencies to define monetisation roadmap and achieve month on month revenue targets - Would manage and be accountable for billing reconciliation and reporting. - Should have knowledge of 3rd party attribution platforms like Appsflyer, Branch, Singular, Kochava etc. Skills and Qualifications: - Graduate/Post-graduate from Tier 1 universities/Colleges - Should have total 8 to 12 yrs. exp with minimum of 4 yrs. into Ad tech space. - Demonstrated success in building and leading a high performance cross functional team - Experience leading data-driven product strategies and roadmaps - Extreme proficiency in research, strategy and data analysis - Effective decision maker and can help teams understand rationale and reasons for the product decisions and roadmap direction - Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment - Self-starter, independent and excellent at driving teams and projects - Excellent communication skills at all levels small groups, large groups, and with executives Our Offering : - True start-up experience - no bureaucracy and a ton of tough decisions that have a real impact on the business from day one. - The camaraderie of an amazingly talented team that is working tirelessly to build a great OS for India and surrounding markets.
