CFO- Singapore/Indian Territory - 6 Months Contract/Consultant, Immediate joining only We are looking for a CFO who can work with us for 6 months as a consultant. He/She will be responsible to refine the company structure &amp; compliance. Also will work as an advisory to meet organisation needs. We are only looking for immediate joiners who have worked for any Singapore based firm in the last 2 Years. What we do : - To create the mobile ecosystem for the next billion smartphone users from emerging markets in their native language. What you will be doing : - Role incumbent shall lead the Finance/Accounts and legal function - Study the current Singapore and India company structure and suggest compliance gaps and help the company to fix them - Improvement in existing systems and processes to improve efficiency - Strategic alignment of finance function in line with organizational objectives - Financial analytics and budgeting - Cash flow management - Play the role of a Business Manager providing direction in matters relating to strategies, long-range planning, budget, headcount, etc - Planning for infrastructure in line with envisaged organizational growth - Execution of projects - space, equipment, systems, etc. - Contract negotiations - As a part of the Executive Team, facilitate strategic assistance to the CEO - Proactive solutions for cost management - Taxation, Government and statutory reporting Desired Candidate's Profile : - 10+ year exp - Handled multiple functions within finance profile - Singapore accounting &amp; Law Exposure - Investor relationship managed in past - CA / Management degree or similar professional qualification from a reputed institution
